"The Queen" at Palm Tree Villas Resort

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind resort. Stroll back in time to Palm Tree Villas for a magical beach vacation. We are one block to the sandy Gulf of Mexico shores. Bring a bike or rent one and explore. Our villas are spacious, clean and relaxing. Each unit has an assigned parking space and guest spaces are available for additional cars. The space The Queen has recently been remodeled with a new walk in shower for handicap accessible guests. The back entrance has no steps to the villa. This villa sleeps six with a sleeper sofa. Palm Tree Villas is a few minutes walk to the beach. This villa offers a beach wagon and beach towels for your stay. Please call a rental company for any other beach items. Guest access All of the resort is available, including swimming pool with sun-loungers, umbrellas, tables and chairs to sit by the pool with family and friends. There are several bbq grills scattered around the property for all guests to use as well. Other things to note For your day at the beach, we supply a complimentary beach wagon and beach towels. If you are interested in renting chairs and umbrellas, please request in advance. For the day, we will supply two chairs and one umbrella for 25.00. Each additional chair is 5/day. If you have additional family and friends visiting the area, a day pass is required. This includes one parking spot for the day, and pool access. Your guests will be issued a parking pass. The fee for the day pass is 50.00 Interested in renting a golf cart for a day or week? Please call the office or email for details. Please call and ask for Mike. This villa is "turn-key" furnished. Towels and bed linens are included. You have also a back up set of sheets in the closet. You have enough towels for your stay stocked in the bathroom. Washer and dryers in your villa are provided for guests to launder their own sheets and towels if needed. These are independent homes. Linen service is not provided unless requested with a fee. Enjoy outdoor cooking on the grill. If you need an additional propane tank, please inform us promptly. If we are gone for the day, we will bring one the next day. Lounge on the patio in the sun or under a pool umbrella or in your private back yard patio. Bathroom has a walk-in shower. Iron and ironing board provided. We provide limited "starter supplies" including soaps, toilet paper and paper towels, k-cup variety, sugar and creamers. We will not guarantee that these items will be replenished between guests. Please come prepared to re-stock if needed. Parking is for a maximum of one vehicle. Outside guests are allowed with permission with a beach day pass that must be purchased in advance by management. All others will be towed without a pass. Parking is limited on the island and it is strictly enforced. The beach is one block from this resort. Head west out of the resort, walk one block and you will be at the beach. We provide a notebook with property information including check in and check out details and local information for your stay. Please make sure to observe the local noise restrictions . For more information the noise ordinance is detailed in the book . In the event there is a major hurricane and we require you to evacuate, We will issue you a credit for your remaining stay for a future booking. Management has the right to move you to an equal villa or an upgrade at no extra charge to due unforeseen events. This is at managements discretion.
