Mountain Retreat - Lower Guesthouse 2 to 4 guests

Cozy dwelling, lower part of a guesthouse, which features the bedroom meant for no more than two guests, 25 yrs. and older. The space Meant only for competent, confidant drivers. Private space plus patio. Private walking trail. Quiet, peaceful, ten min. to upper State St., our main street in SB. No smoking on this pristine property or anywhere in the Los Padres National Forest. I am very fire conscious and extremely fire weary. Daylight arrival strongly recommended. If not possible, please make special arrangements with me. DO NOT talk to my neighbors on my road or on my driveway. Guest access With permission from main house residents, seasonal swimming pool & BBQ avail. My office is where the blue door is at the bottom of the main house steps.If there are complaints or suggestions please tell me before departure so I understand. Other things to note Pets may be considered with rules and regs. Only certain breeds of dogs allowed. Please provide the breed, age and condition of the pet(s) and whether the pet has its shots. Dogs are allowed with the owner's promise to keep the pet leashed at all times so as not to frighten other guests, and also to know where the droppings are, which must then be double-bagged and disposed of downtown. due to our garbage only being serviced once weekly. Also due to severe drought conditions here in the Central Coast of California, we are exceedingly careful not to waste water while washing dishes, clothing, showering, brushing teeth. I have a 5-gal. bucket in every one of the five bathrooms on this property, wherein the cold water can be collected=2 1/2 buckets, before taking the hot shower, then after the three min. shower, pouring the saved water into the toilet, washer or pool. Five bathrooms x 2 1/2=quite a significant savings! Also, please do not block the driveway leading to the back of the property. Do not put personal hygiene items, grease, or foreign materials down the toilet, which empties into our septic tanks, just human waste and toilet paper only.
