Welcome to The Bright Bear Lodge of Asheville, located 15 minutes away from both downtown Asheville and The Biltmore Estate. With plenty of space for all to lounge both indoors and outdoors, you will make memories in the large hot tub, fire pit, or in the coffee lounge upstairs. Come be our guests! The space Property Overview: • Newly built Bright Bear Lodge designed for relaxation and connection with nature • Inviting West Elm-furnished seating area with a 55" Smart TV • Games provided for entertainment Kitchen: • Spacious and fully stocked for multiple cooks • Includes drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, and bakeware Outdoor Features: • Outdoor dining area with a Blackstone grill • Expansive outdoor space featuring a fire pit and hot tub (available year-round, outdoor dining not available in winter) Bathrooms: • Half bathroom on the main level • Ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and walk-in shower in the main-level bedroom • Another full bathroom and laundry facilities with provided detergent and starter packs of essentials Bedrooms: • Main level bedroom: king-size memory foam bed and 55" Smart TV • Upstairs lounge area with a drink station and another king bed with a 12" memory foam mattress • Slumber party room with two full-size beds, 55" Smart TV, and a work station Guest access You will have access to the entire house, with the exclusion of the two locked supply closets. One is located under the stairs and the other is in the upstairs king room. When outside, please mind your noise levels and ensure your trash is properly disposed of in the provided bear-proof bins.
