The mansion features 10 spacious bedrooms and a flexible sleeping setup with up to 21 beds, including king, queen, and full-size beds. 3. Is the property shared with other guests?
No. The property is never shared with other guests. Throughout your stay, your group has exclusive access to the mansion and all guest amenities. 4. How many heated pools and hot tubs does the mansion have?
Icon Mansion features two private heated pools and one large hot tub: A rooftop heated pool for up to 30 guests, framed by glass and offering panoramic views of Medellín.

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and checkout is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late checkout may be available upon request and are subject to availability. 7. Are early check-in and late checkout available?
Yes. Whenever our booking schedule allows, we are happy to offer your group early check-in or late checkout completely free of charge, with no additional fee. This is available provided there is no departing or arriving group on the same day. Please request it in advance so our team can confirm availability. 8. Can we hire a live band or mariachis?
To respect the surrounding neighborhood, live bands, mariachis, and other amplified live performances are not permitted. However, DJs are really welcome using our integrated music systems. 9. How far is José María Córdova International Airport (MDE)?

No. Icon Mansion is located in El Tesoro, one of Medellín’s most exclusive and secure residential neighborhoods. The mansion features dedicated house staff, exterior security cameras, and guest safes, providing a safe and private environment throughout your stay.
