RYO - Cozy Pvt.Inn w/onsen in Miyagi Zao

This is a Japanese-style house with a Japanese garden. Stay in the private house with natural hot spring for your holiday in Japan! This is one of the few accommodations in the area with a shuttered garage. No other guests. You can stay with your family or friends only. Good access to Miyagi Zao Fox Village and Okama Crater. *Please read and abide by the "House Rules" when making reservations and while staying at the property. The space RYO is a 2 stories rental villa with a natural hot spring. [1st floor] ・Living room ・Dining & Kitchen ・Japanese-style room (2 sets of futon mattress) ・Bathrooms (w/hot spring) ・Toilet ・Japanese Garden (open air) [2nd Floor] ・Japanese-style room (5 sets of futon mattress) □Living Room This is a relaxing room with a sofa and table in an 8-tatami-mat Japanese-style room. □Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with an Induction cooktop, rice cooker, microwave, toaster, refrigerator and other appliances, as well as basic cooking utensils such as pots, pans, knives and cutting boards. Dinnerware is also provided. Food and condiments are not provided. Please bring your own. [To our guests] No hot plates, etc. are allowed. Please cook in the kitchen only. Please be careful not to leave any odors or oil stains. Please clean all utensils and dishes used in the kitchen and return them to their original places. If you break a dish, please report it to the Zao Sansuien Management Office or the Visitor Station. □Bath You can enjoy Onsen in the bath. □Television TV is in the living room. □Air Conditioning Air conditioners are installed in the living room/dining room and two bedrooms. □Wi-Fi Wi-Fi is available free of charge. □Garage There is a garage with shutters. Other covered parking available. Total of 3 cars can be parked. ■About Accommodation “RYO" is a private rental villa for a maximum of 7 guests. Meals are not included in the price. The rate is the same for up to 4 guests. An additional fee is charged for each person after the fifth. [About the Accommodation Tax in Miyagi Prefecture] To support tourism recovery in Miyagi Prefecture, an accommodation tax of 300 yen per person per night will be charged. Please note that this tax must be paid separately at the time of check-in. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. □About Child Rates We do not have a children's rate, but children over 2 years old are charged the same rate as adults. Children under 2 years old can stay for free, but no bedding or towels are provided. □Room Amenities Bottles containing shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are available in the bathroom. Towels and toothbrushes will be placed in your room upon arrival. One towel is provided for every two nights. (e.g. 1 towel for 1~2 nights, 2 towels for 3~4 nights, 3 towels for 5~6 nights...) ・Bath Towel: 1 per person ・Towel: 1 towel per person ・Toothbrush: 1 per person *Towels provided are strictly not to be taken home. *If you need more towels, please use bath towel rental (330 yen/piece) or face towel sale (220 yen/piece) (available at the check-in location from 7:30 am ~7:00 pm). Please bring the following items from the check-in location upon check-in or between 7:30 am ~ 7:00 pm as needed (we do not deliver to your room). ・Shaving razor ・Cotton swab ・Body towel ・Hair brush ■About check-in Please check in between 3 pm and 7 pm. Check-in after 7 pm is possible, but please note that there are times when we cannot accept check-ins. □Check-in location The check-in location will vary depending on your arrival time. We will inform you of the details after your reservation is confirmed. 3 pm~5 pm：Visitor Station After 5 pm： Zao Sansuien Management Office RYO is located in Zao Sansuien, a villa management area. Please check in first, then come to "RYO". If you come directly to "RYO" without checking in, you will not be able to enter the room. RYO is a 1~2 minute drive from the check-in location. There is no shuttle or taxi service from the check-in locations to RYO. Please come with a rental car. ■Barbecue Facilities The use of fire, including barbecues and fireworks, is not allowed at Zao Sansuien. Also, barbecues are not allowed in the garden of RYO. If you wish to barbecue, please use the barbecue facility "Wild Zao Village" which is located 1 minute drive(or an 8 minute walk ) from RYO. Please contact us by message after your reservation is confirmed. We will provide you with more details. Other things to note The area around this rental villa is an area with many houses. There are many permanent residents in the area, so please be especially careful not to talk outdoors at night. Please understand that you may be asked to leave the premises immediately if there are any complaints from the neighborhood.
