In the heart of New Harbor… this well equipped apartment is great as a stand alone rental or as an addition to our larger rental house. You’ll be surrounded by conservation land yet within a 5 minute walk to all of the best spots in New Harbor… marinas, top restaurants and bars, kayaking, fishing, biking, the farmer’s market, Ball O’Brien Park, and Payne’s Killer Donuts. Need a quiet place to call home during the off-season? Our condo is perfect whether you’re traveling for work or play. The space You will have two bedrooms. One has a queen size bed. The other has twin beds which connect to form a king bed. Please let us know in advance if you need the king bed. There is a comfortable living room and a kitchenette/dining. A sliding glass door provides a beautiful view of the harbor and access to your back deck. The kitchenette is fully stocked with a stove top, microwave, toaster oven and full- size refriegerator. There is no dishwasher or oven. The bathroom has a shower and toilet and sink. There is a separate area with a 2nd sink. The washer and dryer are only available in unit A. Guest access This unit has a private entrance, sliding glass door to the deck, and a door that leads to a hall which accesses the main house. This is perfect if you are renting with another group. The back deck is divided with privacy screens between the two units. Other things to note There is direct access to the harbor/water via a hiking trail.
