In our large 180 m2 chalet, you have 2 flats just for you: ideal for 2 families or a group of friends! You'll enjoy an impressive south-facing view of the mountains. It is located in the heart of the Lechtal Nature Park, in the small hamlet of Pfafflar, at an altitude of 1600 m, which is inhabited only in summer. Away from the road leading to the Hahntennjoch pass, you can enjoy the peace and quiet, and relax and hike right from your doorstep! The space Located at an altitude of 1600 m in the very old hamlet of Pfafflar, you'll enjoy a warm and spacious 180 m² chalet for 10 people. You'll also have plenty of outdoor space and an impressive view of the mountains! It consists of two very similar flats, each with a capacity of 5 people, one on the ground floor, the other on the first floor. Each flat has a cosy central living room with a wood-burning stove and a fully-equipped kitchen with dining table. Here, you can cook just like at home! The bedrooms differ slightly between the 2 floors: - 2 double bedrooms + 1 single sofa bed (in the living room) for the ground floor - 1 triple bedroom + 1 double sofa-bed area (in the living room) for the first floor Each flat has its own bathroom with sink and bath/shower and a WC in a separate room. On the ground floor, you have access to a large garden with table and barbecue where you can relax, have a barbecue or let the children play. You'll enjoy the largest flat terrace at this altitude! Guest access The Access to Pfafflar is via the high road to the Hahntennjochpass. Access is possible in summer both from the Lech Valley (from Elmen) and from the Inn Valley (from Imst). In winter, access is only possible via the Lech Valley, as the pass road is closed. The last 500 m leading to the house are to drive on suitable gravel road. It is possible to park directly at the house. Other things to note Sometimes guests book our Berghaus to celebrate a special occasion and we are delighted that they have chosen our site. It's the ideal place to spend convivial evenings with friends or family. However, we ask all guests to respect the special tranquillity of the location (nature, conviviality, mountain idyll, peace and quiet) and to take particular care with the accommodation we are pleased to make available. In other words, no stag parties!
