The space Our guest will have the opportunity to stay in the entire house (not shared!) which includes: -Beautiful and spacious floor plan great for multiple families -Full kitchen -Large kitchen and dining area -Bedroom 1: King bed and 55 TV + Private full bathroom -Bedroom 2: Queen Bed -Bedroom 3: Queen bed -Bedroom 4: 2 Queen Bed -Living room downstairs: Sofa bed + 55 TV -Living Room upstairs: Pull out sofa bed + 55 TV -Fast Wifi -Washer and Dryer Our home is equipped for short and long term stay with all basic amenities that are needed for cooking, laundry, and sleeping. Guest access You are welcome to utilize the entire house. You may park 1 car in the garage, 1 car on the driveway and plenty of street parking. Other things to note House Rules •Please be respectful of the neighbors. Do not disturb or use neighbor's driveway. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood. •No loud noise or music past 9 PM •Adult supervision of children on the property at all times •No Shoes inside the property. •No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present. •No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund. •Checkin time is 4 PM - 2 AM (fees will apply after 10 PM) •No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation) •No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up. •No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture •No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc. •No Pre-Checking Bag Storage •No Pets •No Parking anywhere other than assigned spaces •Checkout time is 10 AM.
