Welcome to Cozy on California! A welcoming and peaceful retreat in the heart of Downtown Rio Vista. The space Feel ultra cozy in this charming and rustic retreat, evoking a warm and inviting farmhouse. Decorated with beautiful Delta locations and hints of the Rio Vista culture. Located just off of California Street, you’ll be less than a mile walk from Downtown Rio Vista! You will walk in to a nice, cozy living room that feels just like home. Tucked just behind is a fully stocked kitchen with some complementary snacks and coffee provided. This two bedroom retreat is filled with the most comfy queen beds, chic decor and a bathroom at the end of the hall. Do you have kids or a few extra quests? There is a sofa sleeper in the living room for them to crash on. Guest access Digital keypad on the door for easy access. Parking located directly in front of the unit or on the street with a laundry room around the corner (quarters needed). Other things to note During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. For real, take the party to Foster’s Bighorn if you aren’t ready to sleep just yet. Additionally, thank you for respecting our “no smoking” and “no pets” policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to dogs, cats, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules.
