Pets are not allowed indoors without prior approval. If any damage occurs or extra cleaning is required during or after your stay — especially due to excessive shedding — the guest will be fully responsible for the associated costs. 🐾 Sleeping With Pets If you wish to sleep with your dog, we offer an optional fresh bedding package for a small additional fee. In this case, the linen will be used as single-use to ensure a clean and hygienic stay for future guests. 🖍️Optional Services We also offer additional services to make your stay even more comfortable: 1. 🧹 Mid-stay cleaning service – available upon request for an additional fee. 2. 🛏️ Fresh linen & towel package – $80 per room, includes brand new duvet covers, pillowcases, sheets, and two bath towels. ------------------------------------------------------------- 🏡 House Rules for Steph’s Home Welcome to our home! To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, please take a moment to review our house rules. 🏠 General Rules ✅ Respect the property – Please treat our home as if it were your own. Any damages must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for the cost of repairs or replacements. ✅ No unauthorized guests – Only the registered guests included in the booking are allowed to stay overnight. If you have visitors, please notify us in advance. ✅ Quiet hours – Please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels down between 8:00 PM – 7:00 AM. 🚭 Smoking 🚭 No smoking indoors – Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. 🛏 Cleanliness & Maintenance 🧹 Keep the space tidy – Please clean up after yourself and dispose of trash in the outdoor bin. 🍽 Use the kitchen responsibly – Wash dishes and clean up spills after cooking. 🛁 Bathroom etiquette – Please place used towels in the laundry basket/bathtub and avoid flushing anything other than toilet paper. 🔑 Check-in & Check-out 🕛 Check-in: After 3:00 PM 🕚 Check-out: By 11:00 AM Before you leave: ✅ Double-check for personal belongings. ✅ Turn off all lights, appliances, and air conditioning. ✅ Lock the door and return the key to the designated secure box. ❌ Restricted Areas 🔒 Certain locked cabinets and the garage are not available for guest use. Please respect these private storage areas. 🔧 Damages & Liability ⚠️ Guests are responsible for any damages, lost items, or excessive mess.
