Home in Lancaster

This is the perfect centrally located home tucked in a nice quiet neighborhood close to stores and resturants. We welcome professionals in town for business and will host others. Guests will have access to a shared bathroom, kitchen, dining and living room areas. This home has a backyard with a setting to relax and take in the fresh air. We ask guests are respectful and follow house rules. No Pets, no smoking (in doors). Outdoor smoking is okay. The space This is a very comfy and cozy spacious and clean home. My Co-host does live in the home, but is in and out most of the day. My co-host is very nice and hospitable, and does give guests space and privacy. We will be available to assist guests with their needs during their stay. Please feel free to call or text me if you have any questions or need anything during your stay. Guests may use the common areas. Guest access Guest may park on the street only. Do not park on the driveway. Guest without transportation can use Lyft or Uber or we do have Turo vehicles available to rent. Please inquire as they can be dropped off to the home if needed, but pick up is preferred. Other things to note Welcome to our home and thank you for your booking! You may be sharing space with other guests and my co-host. Please respect the home and others. Guests may cook in the kitchen and use the appliances and cookware. We ask that everything is properly cleaned and put back in place after use. All cookware & plateware must be washed, dried, and returned to storage after use. Guests may store food in the refrigerator and pantries. We ask that no food is left after check out unless it’s unopened. Please take or discard your used food items. Guests may use condiments, but may not eat or drink any food that is not theirs. *Complimentary coffee, tea, and water are provided. The hall bathroom is shared. Please spray and rinse out the shower after each use. Cleaning supplies are available under the kitchen sink. Please do not use the toilet as a trash receptacle. No wipes, facial tissues, feminine products, etc should be flushed. Trash cans are provided for such products. Guests may park on the street only, not in the driveway. Rental vehicles are available to our guests and may be arranged if needed by contacting Antoinette. We ask that guests keep the common areas clean and do not leave trash around the house or bedrooms. Please use the trash cans for all trash as well as the recycle receptacle. In an effort to conserve energy, please turn off all lights, electronics, AC/Heat, and appliances after use, and do not leave lights or TV's on when not in use or not occupying a room/house. No unregistered guests are allowed on the premises. Any additional guests must be added to the reservation for an additional fee of $15/person (even visitors). No pets are allowed, not even comfort or service pets, Sorry. There is absolutely no smoking allowed in the house. Guests may smoke outside in the backyard if needed, but no smoking is preferred. Smoking in the house will result in a $250 fine. There are no illicit drugs of any kind allowed in the home. Use of the laundry room is allowed for guests staying 2 nights or more. Domestic Violence of any kind will not be tolerated. Guests engaging in such, will be asked to leave without a refund and will be reported. This home is LGTBQ friendly. We also have a large very sweet dog that lives in this home. Check in is after 4pm and check out is before 11a. We are flexible and will allow accommodations outside of these hours for a fee if needed. We understand circumstances outside of one's control.
