A former 4-star hotel converted into an exceptional vacation home, Le Pavillon accommodates up to 30 people in a refined and warm setting. 14 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, several living rooms, a large equipped open-plan kitchen, a quiet pool and a landscaped garden — everything is designed to make your group fully enjoy every moment. The space An exceptional house, designed for large gatherings Le Pavillon is a large, recently renovated house bathed in light, designed to accommodate up to 30 people in an elegant and warm setting. Here, everyone is under the same roof – not several cottages side by side, but a single, large house with common areas that live up to your shared moments. Private and secure parking completes the amenities. Living spaces In the heart of the first floor, a huge central living room bathed in light opens onto a terrace through its large bay windows. It naturally extends towards an equipped bar area, then towards the billiards and movie room — a real alcove for relaxation and conviviality for your evenings. In contrast, the large, fully equipped kitchen-dining room can easily accommodate and feed 30 people. An adjoining back kitchen — with 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers and a large countertop — handles all the logistics of your stay behind the scenes. The exteriors These living spaces open onto several furnished terraces, with dining tables and modern, comfortable seating areas. From there, the view falls on a large, quiet, green and flowery garden. The pool, visible from the terraces, is surrounded by lounge chairs and seating areas to enjoy the sun in peace. Rooms Upstairs – accessible by stairs or elevator – 14 bedrooms await you: 13 double bedrooms and a dormitory for 4 people, each with its own private bathroom. Baby cots are available upon request (€15 per stay). Le Pavillon is the guarantee of living together, really. Guest access 4 km from Revel and an equal distance from Toulouse, Albi and Carcassonne (45 min) Other things to note Comfort & practical information All bedrooms are located upstairs, accessible by stairs or elevator. Le Pavillon, a former 4-star hotel, also has 3 bedrooms for people with reduced mobility to accommodate all your guests in the best possible way. Upon arrival, the beds are made and towels are provided in each bathroom. Housekeeping & checkout The end of stay cleaning is included in the price of your rental. However, we would appreciate it if you could leave the house in good condition before your departure: — Empty the garbage cans (kitchen and bathrooms) and the refrigerators — Wash and tidy dishes — Put the furniture back in place if it has been moved — Gather the bed and bath linens in a corner of each room Check-out is no later than 11:00 a.m. (unless otherwise agreed).
