Only 10 minutes away from the main town, this secluded gem is your key to experiencing the best of both worlds. Our Oceanfront Jungle Retreat is a full property listing with 3 whole units. Unit #1 being the Mermaid Cottage with an alfresco balcony perfect for outdoor dining. Inside you will find an air-conditioned open concept living area with comfy lounging couches, a SMART TV with Netflix & YouTube, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Two queen bedrooms with a/c unit, ceiling fan and closet. Saltwater Waterfall Plunge POOL with sunbathing deck. The bathroom boasts on-demand hot water for relaxing showers after a fun day of activity. Unit #2&3 The Bikini and Mermaid Cabana are 2 studio-style, air-conditioned cabanas with a queen bed, full bathroom and kitchenette area with microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator. Enjoy the amazing ocean views and the sound of the waves just outside your front door. There is complimentary parking and high-speed WiFi in both cabanas. It’s always 5 o’clock on our dock, a lovely area to relax and unwind with sunbathing pads, an overwater trampoline, swim ladder, and a loft trampoline, the ideal spot for morning yoga, to get a massage, relax and enjoy a cocktail at any time of the day. You will have access to the entire property and all 3 units. Parking is not an issue on our lil slice of paradise. Enjoy our complimentary bikes, beach BBQ pit, paddleboards, kayak, corn hole game and build a campfire in our beach fire pit. SMART TV with Netflix & YouTube There is a caretaker that lives on property to assist you. We are a phone call away if needed, we will most likely be at our home in the City while you are enjoying your getaway on the beach. The caretaker, lives on the property with his 2 dogs, Buddy and Rex, to assist you during your stay. There are 2 cabanas and the cottage on the property for rent. Our cottage is located on 400ft of oceanfront beach, just a bike or car ride away from the charming fisherman's village of Placencia Town where you will find many local shops, restaurants and beach bars. We are a 5 minute walk along the beach from luxury resorts like Laru Beya, Robert's Grove & Itzana where you can enjoy a meal or a tropical cocktail. Getting to the property: Local Flight✈; check out Maya Island air or Tropic Air. Both options will get you from the international airport to the Placencia airport which you can cab or rent a car from to get to the house Car Rental; From the international airport to the Property is about a 3 hour drive, nonstop. This is a great way to take in some scenery! Local Shuttle; There aren't very many, but with a little research ahead of time, you may be able to lock something in that will drive you directly to the Property.
