Perfect for Families We designed Hazel's with families in mind. Parents love the peaceful primary suite, spa-inspired bathrooms, and fully equipped kitchen. Kids love the oversized loft with two queen-over-queen bunk beds, toys, games, books, and room to spread out. Traveling with little ones? We also provide thoughtful family essentials like a Pack 'n Play and high chair to make packing easier. Outdoor Living Mountain mornings start with coffee on the deck. Afternoons are perfect for grilling, relaxing in the fenced yard, or exploring nearby trails. Evenings are all about soaking in the hot tub, gathering around the fire pit, and enjoying the peaceful forest setting beneath a sky full of stars. However, we believe in being completely transparent: the cabin owners occasionally bring their own dogs when visiting the property. While the home is professionally cleaned after every stay and every effort is made to remove pet hair and dander, we **cannot guarantee that the cabin is free of pet allergens**. If you or anyone in your group has severe pet allergies or sensitivities, we recommend considering this information before booking, as trace amounts of pet dander may still be present despite thorough cleaning. Thank you for your understanding, and please feel free to reach out if you have any questions before your stay. Guest access Guests have access to the whole home. Other things to note **If traveling in winter, we highly suggest purchasing trip insurance. Refunds are not provided due to weather or road conditions, since everyone's tolerance level for driving in weather is different. Clearing snow from the driveway and stairs for access to and from the home is our responsibility, and we will try our best to accommodate normal check in/out times in the event of snow. In the event that the quantity of snow is such that we cannot clear access to the house, a full refund will be given.** Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance will receive a full refund of the total booking amount. Wildlife Acknowledgment and Bear Safety Guest understands and acknowledges that the Property is located in a natural setting where wildlife, including bears, may be present. Guest agrees to exercise caution and follow all safety guidelines provided, including properly securing food, trash, and personal belongings. Guest assumes all risk associated with wildlife encounters and agrees that the Owner/Host shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from wildlife, including but not limited to bears, on or around the Property. 💦 Hot Tub Guidelines We’re excited to share our Atlanta by Buenospas hot tub with you — it’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind during your stay. Please take a moment to review these simple guidelines so everyone can enjoy a clean and safe experience. 🌡️ Before You Soak The hot tub is ready to use — no need to adjust the temperature (it’s pre-set around 102°F). Please shower or rinse off before entering to help keep the water clean. Do not use soaps, oils, or bubble bath products — they can damage the filtration system. 🧖‍♀️ During Use Limit soaking time to about 15–20 minutes per session. No glass or breakable containers in or around the hot tub — please use plastic cups only. Children must be supervised at all times. Avoid using the hot tub if you’ve consumed alcohol excessively or are feeling unwell. Keep the water level above the jets while in use. 🪶 After Use Please replace and secure the cover after each use — this keeps the water clean and retains heat. If the water looks cloudy or foamy, let us know right away so we can refresh it for you. Please do not drain or adjust the control panel settings. ⚠️ Safety Note Use of the hot tub is at your own risk.
