On the main floor, you’ll be welcomed into the cozy family room and adjacent dining nook. These state-of-the-art appliances combine elegance with performance, creating a space that perfectly blends form and function. ★ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS – 2 BEDROOMS ★ You'll find the primary bedroom just beyond the kitchen with a separate attached room that makes for a quiet office or close by child's room (the pack 'n play fits perfect and barn doors can close it off from the primary bedroom). The primary bathroom will spoil you, so plan for an extra long shower as you fully unwind. ♛ Master Bedroom (Main Floor): King-Size Bed ♛ Bedroom 2 (Upper Loft): 2 queen over queen Bunk Beds Both offer a similar set of amenities and furnishing: ✔ Ensuite Bathrooms ✔ Premium Pillows, Linens, and Sheets ✔ Night Stands with Reading Lamps / Loft has wall mounted lamps Upstairs you'll discover a loft with two sets of queen over queen bunk beds... which means adults and kids alike have plenty of space to spread out! Kids will make it their hang out spot with all the toys and games we stock. Another large bathroom behind the loft will also feel luxurious and spacious enough for everyone. The back deck has a dining table for eating under the trees, and just beyond that is a park where kids or dogs can run around! Elegant design, soothing bubbles, and a peaceful atmosphere make it an unforgettable highlight of your stay. Guest access Guests have access to the whole home. Other things to note **If traveling in winter, we highly suggest purchasing trip insurance. Refunds are not provided due to weather or road conditions, since everyone's tolerance level for driving in weather is different. Clearing snow from the driveway and stairs for access to and from the home is our responsibility, and we will try our best to accommodate normal check in/out times in the event of snow. In the event that the quantity of snow is such that we cannot clear access to the house, a full refund will be given.** Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance will receive a full refund of the total booking amount. Guest agrees to exercise caution and follow all safety guidelines provided, including properly securing food, trash, and personal belongings. Guest assumes all risk associated with wildlife encounters and agrees that the Owner/Host shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from wildlife, including but not limited to bears, on or around the Property. 💦 Hot Tub Guidelines We’re excited to share our Atlanta by Buenospas hot tub with you — it’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind during your stay. Please take a moment to review these simple guidelines so everyone can enjoy a clean and safe experience. 🌡️ Before You Soak The hot tub is ready to use — no need to adjust the temperature (it’s pre-set around 102°F). Please shower or rinse off before entering to help keep the water clean. Do not use soaps, oils, or bubble bath products — they can damage the filtration system. 🧖‍♀️ During Use Limit soaking time to about 15–20 minutes per session. No glass or breakable containers in or around the hot tub — please use plastic cups only. Children must be supervised at all times. Avoid using the hot tub if you’ve consumed alcohol excessively or are feeling unwell. Keep the water level above the jets while in use. 🪶 After Use Please replace and secure the cover after each use — this keeps the water clean and retains heat. If the water looks cloudy or foamy, let us know right away so we can refresh it for you. Please do not drain or adjust the control panel settings. ⚠️ Safety Note Use of the hot tub is at your own risk.
