CocOasis is the perfect place for a memorable family vacation! Renovated in 2023, you can enjoy a gourmet kitchen, a refreshing dip in the pool (heated Nov-Mar) and a short walk to the famous Cocoa Beach. The split floor plan, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on one side and the primary bedroom with en-suite bath on the other, offers peace and privacy! Enjoy the pool out back or the activities in the garage between trips to the beach - just 10 min walk away. Gear provided. The space Our charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house offers a wonderful layout for both privacy and convenience. Two bedrooms and one bathroom are located on one side of the house. The sitting room and kitchen create a tranquil atmosphere, while the master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom is private and secluded. You'll find a full-size washer and dryer conveniently located just off the kitchen, and we provide all the necessary bed linens, towels, as well as name-brand shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. CocOasis is incredibly close to the beach, making it a must-visit destination. Start by grabbing towels from the sitting room cabinet, and then head to the garage to access our collection of beach gear, including a rolling beach cart, beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and sand toys. After your beach adventure, rinse off the sand with a refreshing shower (With hot water!) on the pool deck. Enjoy! Our house features three smart TVs - one in the bonus room and one in each of the king bedrooms. Additionally, the bonus room offers a selection of board games and books for your entertainment. In the garage, you'll find a variety of games like axe throwing (plastic!), ping pong, Cornhole, and more. Even if the weather doesn't cooperate, there's plenty to keep you occupied indoors. Dogs are welcome and the backyard is fully fenced in. Pet fee is $150 per stay. Experience the Space Coast to the fullest by watching a rocket launch right from the comfort of our home. Pool heater is set to 85 deg from November 1 through March 31 and there is a pool cover to retain heat in. We would appreciate your help in ensuring the cover is put on at night or when not in use. However, we'd like to set your expectations that the pool temperature will continue to be determined by the weather temperature, as this is a contributing factor if the heat reaches its limit. Please note that the closest beach to the CocOasis is public access, just a quarter-mile walk down the road towards the ocean. Other things to note We are fully licensed with the City of Cocoa Beach, Brevard County, and the state of Florida to operate as a vacation rental. We require the profile of guests/renters to be verified via government ID through AirBnB prior to booking. We are not responsible for any items left in the home after check-out. If you wish to have your belongings mailed back to you, a $10 service fee plus the cost of shipping will apply. During your stay, lawn maintenance and pool maintenance may be conducted. Trash is picked up on Tuesdays and Fridays. Please roll the large bins to the curb on Monday and Thursday evening if needed and as you are able.
