Great for nature lovers looking for an authentic island experience away from the crowds of downtown General Luna (we are a little off the beaten track!) Each villa has: ❄️ A/C 🛜 Starlink internet 💦 Private plunge pool 🌿 Own outdoor tropical bathroom 🏖️ Beach & surf spot, 2min walk The space Just a heads up: The road leading to the villa is unpaved and a little bumpy (& muddy during rainy season) 🥲 part of island life, and sadly beyond our control, but part of it is now getting concreted (hurray!). We like to think of it as part of the adventure! We are around a 10 minute walk from the main road, so do recommend a scooter / car rental for your stay. Please note, shared vans usually drop you on the main road. For a stress-free check in, we recommend getting to and from our villa with organised transportation, either by scooter, tuktuk, or van - we are happy to arrange this for you ☺️ our villa can be a little tricky to find when coming for the first time!. This is one of 3 villas on the same property, each with a private entrance and pool for a refreshing dip after a long day of surfing and exploring. ✔️ Private 6ft x 6ft x 6ft cool plunge pool, with submerged seating around the edge ✔️ Outdoor kitchen, complete with gas cooker, kettle, fridge / freezer, and drinking water (please do not drink tap water in the Philippines) ✔️ Open air private bathroom ✔️ Hot water shower ✔️ Downstairs sofabed - sleeps up to 2 extra people 🚫 Sadly we do not have a back up generator at this time As we prioritise cleanliness, we look to maintain high standards, but occasional visits from insects, lizards, and friendly village dogs & cats are not uncommon - we hope you understand. Please note, there is a lot of development in Sta. Fe, so there may be some ongoing construction noises in surrounding areas. Guest access Privacy is paramount in our space - our property consists of three individual villas, each with its own private plunge pool and entrance. No facilities are shared, to ensure complete seclusion. We are happy to welcome you after 2pm - if you require an earlier check-in time, please feel free to let us know, and we can do our best to accommodate you. Other things to note 1. There are power cuts on the island, and these are beyond our control - we unfortunately do not have a back up generator, however do have emergency & rechargeable lights in each villa. 2. 🦎We are situated in nature, so there may be insects, friendly village dogs / cats, and other jungle friends paying you a visit. 3. We have an authentic & traditional native grass roof, so please be considerate about noise levels for other guests. 4. We offer weekly housekeeping for long term guests ☺️ 5. There is a lot of development in Sta. Fe, so there may be some ongoing construction noises in surrounding areas. Our road is also less developed, and can get a bit muddy when it rains ☹️ 6. Unfortunately, being in the tropics, mosquitoes are unavoidable - we do provide repellent and also mosquito coils. 7. Help us keep Siargao clean and segregate your trash accordingly ♻️ 8. We are around a 7-10 minute walk from the main road, so do recommend a scooter / car rental for your stay. 9. Like the rest of the island, we use a deep well for our running water - there may occasionally be a metallic smell, however please be ensured, we have a 5 stage water filtration system in place - please do not drink tap water in the Philippines, we have provided drinking water for our guests 😌 10. Regarding early check-ins, we are happy to accommodate them if our current guests check-out early and we are able to get the cleaning done on time. That said, for very early check-ins, before 11am, we have an additional fee of PHP500.
