Semi-detached house with fireplace (low season)

Whether for work or relaxation, enjoy the tranquility of winter between pine forests and natural beaches! If you like to enjoy nature, surf, discover new cities, ride a bike, walk on the beach, enjoy a book in front of the fireplace - or just need a change of scenery in the home office, you are in the right place. Feel at home with everything you need to work and relax. **OPTIONALLY, a children's room and/or office can be booked. The space The semi-detached house was built in the 1980s by my parents and renovated by my wife and me from 2022 to 2023. There are two apartments in the house connected by a lockable hallway. Because we did a lot of the work ourselves, the house is not perfect. However, everything was designed with a lot of love in the cozy French country house style typical of Les Landes and the house invites you to relax. The apartment is ideal for a couple, a single, or a couple/person with a child. Children's equipment including a travel bed can be provided on request. You can book with or without the children's room/office - just write us a message about how you want it. Linens and towels are included in your booking. Guest access Guests have an apartment in the house just for themselves (as well as optionally) a room on the upper floor, accessible via the shared hallway/staircase. In both apartments there is a door that leads to the hallway and is lockable. The garden and outdoor areas are shared with us or other guests, but next to your entrance you have a parking space, as well as your own space outside to be able to stay outside with privacy.
