The studio in the southern edge of the forest with a view of the Rhine, its own terrace and balcony was stylishly designed. Bright surfaces, seamless floors and a harmonious, illuminated design make your stay unique. The 60m² offer peace and deceleration, space to feel good in an aesthetic ambience, hiking trails with breathtaking views, as well as city culture in Bonn, Cologne, Koblenz and boat trips on the Rhine. The space LOCATION Centrally located on the edge of the forest with access to the Rheinsteig, endless hiking opportunities in the Siebengebirge and the Westerwald Nature Park, viewing points within walking distance with breathtaking views (e.g. the Erpeler Ley or the Drachenfels), the possibility of extensive mountain bike tours, as well as the proximity and excellent connection to Bonn, Cologne, Koblenz and Düsseldorf with endless cultural offerings and gastronomy make up the charm of the location. The south-facing hillside location with its own balcony and terrace on a former vineyard invites you to explore the vineyards and winemakers in the immediate area. Located above Erpel and Unkel, the two enchanted half-timbered places are waiting to be discovered by you. The nearby Rhine promenade is suitable for long walks along the river and always offers enchanting little bays on the bank as well as the opportunity to stop off or refresh yourself. The Rhine can be easily crossed at several points by car or on foot using (car) ferries. This is also worth exploring for you. The train station and an excellent bakery are within a 10-minute walk, and all shopping opportunities can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Numerous recommended restaurants, including some nationally known, look forward to your visit. You can cook for yourself in the fully equipped kitchen area with coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, induction stove and oven. Life takes place in the open living area. A comfortable daybed sofa that can be converted into a 5th bed, a table for 5 people and a brick bench invite you to linger. We attach great importance to cleanliness and comfort. The high-quality mattresses in the double beds offer a high level of sleeping comfort, and all sleeping pillows and blankets are hygienically cleaned and cooked after each stay. We want you to be able to relax and feel comfortable. From late midday the sun accompanies you on the balcony until sunset. There is a separate access point for fast WiFi and a flat screen that you can connect to your smartphone to watch news, films, etc. to see, at your disposal. The entire apartment was built in 2023. Baby cots, high chairs and board games are also available free of charge upon request. If you stay for 5 days or more, you can use our washing machine for little money.
