Any parties, loud music, or smoking indoors will result in immediate removal (via security) with no refund. Your Airbnb deposit may also be used towards costs. 🚭 No Smoking Indoors – A strict no-smoking policy applies inside the property. Evidence of smoking will incur a £1000 charge through Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage. 🔕 Quiet Hours – This is a quiet area, so noise must be kept to a minimum after 10 p.m. Noise and air monitoring systems are in place. 🧹 Housekeeping – For stays longer than 7 nights, additional housekeeping can be arranged for an extra fee. 📝 Check-In Requirements – The lead guest must complete our online check-in form, agree to our Terms & Conditions, and provide a valid UK government-issued photo ID or passport. ⏰ Check-In/Out Policy – Early check-in or late check-out (outside standard times) is available by prior approval only and charged at £20 per hour. ➕ Extra Nights – If you’d like to extend your stay, please contact us as early as possible so we can confirm availability. 🚗 Parking – Free parking is available on the drive for up to 2 cars.
