Little Blue eco beach house.
Description
Breath taking views of the beach, the lagoon, the reef, the ocean wildlife, the headland, the open ocean, and spectacular sunrises from every space in this beautiful little house, make this a one of a kind, hard to find experience. Little Blue has been built using sustainability principles; it is completely off-grid, operates from rain water tanks, has a composting toilet and is fitted out with non toxic, natural paints and floor coverings.Doors and windows are all double glazed. The space Set on an 8 acre property of natural coastal vegetation, Little Blue sits in a north facing position as close to the beach as is possible. Only the coastal reserve separates the tiny house from the actual beach and stunning views encompass a rich palette of greenery to the north and uninterrupted views of the beach, the doubtful Islands headland and the open ocean to the east. Unusually for WA, the view over the ocean is to the east, hence Little Blue has views of stunning sunrises and full moon rises. Spacious decks provide additional living and entertainment space and a birds eye view of migrating whales, surfing dolphins, Sea Eagles, Ospreys and numerous other birdlife. Guest access Little Blue is located at the Eastern end of the property. Guests have to drive past a beach shack to get to the house. This area is private . Guests have full access to the house and immediate surrounds. The beach is an easy walk along a well worn track to the beach. Other things to note Bremer Bay town is only 8 km from Little Blue and is a beautiful little town with plenty to offer. In the town central, the supermarket stocks a good range of fresh food and groceries, fishing gear, kitchenware, a bottle shop and much more. The Bremer Bay Resort hotel is a great place for a drink, a meal or a coffee in the grounds with lovely views to the Mt Barrens and the beautiful Wellstead estuary. The Old Telegraph cafe makes great coffee and serves good food, as does the Museum cafe. The Brewery is another great place for a local beer and some good food offerings. There are a myriad of stunning and protected beaches both in town and out on the Point Henry Peninsula. Short Beach, directly out the front of Little Blue, is of course our favourite with it's crystal clear lagoon perfect for a dip any time of year. Registration Details STRA6338KTUXQK0B
