Breton house, nice view, close to beach and center

Pleasant house 2 large bedrooms (beds160 and 180)and 1 small with bunk beds. Large terrace and garden. Sea view in 2nd line , dead end house with little passage. Very well equipped (hob, oven, dishwasher, laundry, dryer, everything you need to cook), sheets provided , neat decoration by the sea. Very clear and very well-located, close to the large beach and not far from the center and the port. Shower room with toilet on the ground floor and bathroom with toilet upstairs. Wifi. The space The 2 double bedrooms are quite large, with a very nice sea view. One with a 160 cm bed and a bed for a small child, and the other with a 180 cm bed. Large cabinet with hanging rack. The kitchen has, in addition, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee maker. The terrace is equipped with a large Weber BBQ. Wifi with box. Quiet, little traffic because it's in a cul-de-sac. Linens and towels provided. Beds made on arrival for stays of 3 days or more. Possible reduction for more than 2 weeks thereafter. Baby equipment on prior request (travel cot, stair gate) Guest access Entire accommodation with garden and space for one car, or even 2. Easy to park , in addition, on the street that is deadlocked.
