Gîte among the vineyards

12 minutes from Uzès, come and enjoy a stylish and central place amid vineyards. Guests can enjoy a peaceful and quiet location. The main room has a sofa bed (140 x 200), the large bedroom has a 160 x 200 bed. The entire property is air-conditioned and equipped. Sheets and one towel per person are provided. We live there. The pool is shared and accessible from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Option: breakfast €10/person per day The space The main room has a sofa bed (140 x 200), a TV and a dining table. A hallway leads to the kitchen area and bathroom with separate toilet, as well as the spacious bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a smart TV. The entire property is air-conditioned and equipped. You can have breakfast as an option with a request 24 hours in advance (€10 per person per day to be paid upon arrival on site). The shared swimming pool is open from 9 am to 7 pm, but it will not be possible to use the pool after 11 am on your departure day. For your information, we have had connected thermostats installed for the well-being of our tenants, valued at €200 each. We would appreciate it if you would not touch them, and especially not remove them (otherwise, you will be asked for a contribution of €200 per thermostat) For the security of our house, cameras are placed outside in the garden. We have 2 adorable dogs and a cat who will welcome you upon your arrival. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to hosting you. Guest access Tenants have access to their accommodation as well as their outdoor terrace equipped with a dining table with 4 chairs. They have access to the pool from 9am to 7pm with the sunbathing area to relax. We have our private dining area near the pool. Other things to note You can have Breakfast as an option with a 24-hour advance request (€10 per person per day to be paid upon arrival). The shared pool hours are from 9am to 7pm, however it will not be possible to use the pool on the day of your departure after 11am.
