Your private bedroom has one twin bed, large windows, a/c, ceiling fan, central heat, closet space, desk, wifi, mini-fridge with freezer, Keurig coffee maker, private direct access bathroom with large walk-in benched shower, granite sink, hair dryer, and toilet. Guest access You are welcome to share the common areas of this cozy home including the dining room and living room with Smart TV with Prime & Apple TV access. Enjoy sunsets or morning coffee in large comfy chairs with a dining table on the front porch, as well as a pair of Adirondack chairs in the back garden! During your stay I'm a tri-lingual (French, Danish, & English with a few pleasantries in Spanish and Japanese) global traveler who enjoys meeting people. Other things to note Accessibility info for guests with limited mobility: this is a single-level home. There are no "steps" required to access the home from the carport, out to front porch, into the bedroom or bath. While this home isn't technically ADA-accessible, it may be considered "friendly" and accessible for someone using a walker or with limited mobility. There are 32"- wide exterior doorways from the carport into home (1.5" + .5" door sil) and 1/4" doorsill out to the front porch. 30" doorway into bedroom, 27" doorway into bathroom. The tile shower has a 5.5" high x 5.5" wide curb with grab bars and a large sitting bench. There is a portable grab-support that can be added to the toilet upon request.
