Cottage Loft Cabin

Cabin in the woods feeling with cedar walls, cozy and complete with all that you need to be comfortable. 2nd story private studio loft with deck and seating area. Loft has a mini kitchen, with 2 burner portable stovetop, microwave, mini fridge and freezer, dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, utensils. Also has central AC and window AC unit for personal control, cable TV, Netflix, stall shower in bathroom, towels and sheets included, shared laundry room on property. The space Studio with all the amenities to be very functional ! Feels like a Cabin in the woods. Linens & towels included. Smart TV, Wi-fi, Cable TV. 1 acre beautiful backyard has a country view including, trees, fall leaves, chickens and a Zen garden. Private sitting area on Patio in front of Cottage Loft, and access to shared sitting areas. The loft is above another unit so we suggest this is best for 1 person to minimize noise, although we have hosted 2. We allow 1 small pet in this unit that will not be left unattended for an extended time. There is an additional $50 fee monthly for a pet ( it is listed as the resort fee ). Your pet must be kept on a leash in the back yard at all times. Guest access Upstairs Patio for Loft, BBQ area, Zen Garden Other things to note There is an additional $50 rental fee for pets. We will send a request for the pet fee if you have a small pet. For weekly reservations we require $250 for a damage deposit, and for monthly rentals $500 for a damage deposit, by keeping a credit card on file. Any claims that are not resolved between the guest and host will be processed through Airbnb. Upon final inspection, if any damage, it may be charged to the credit card on file, up to the deposit amount. Thank you.
