An ensuite bedroom with makeshift kitchen(we are working on a proper one), dining and sitting area and beautiful sea views. Your room is at ground level, we live on the top floor. You have your own entrance and key. Jock's Bay beach is 650m from the house. Penguin Place mini supermarket, Coffee on Clarence, Koring en Kaf and some awesome little shops at The Hub is just 500m down the road. We are just a knock on the door away if you need anything. The space Our unique house has only one guestroom at the bottom. This is where you will stay. You have your own entrance and stunning sea and mountain views from every window. It is an ensuite room with seating, dining and kitchenette. Only 500m from the closest restaurant, coffee shop and mini supermarket, and 650m from Jock's Bay beach. Guest access You have access to the room from your own entrance door. You are welcome to use the entire unfenced yard. During your stay We are available at any time. Send us a message on the Airbnb app or on the phone number provided when you made the booking. Or just walk to our front door and ring the bell if it is urgent. Other things to note Betty's Bay is situated in a biosphere. Most houses are not fenced to encourage wildlife to move around freely. Most gardens are natural fynbos. Our water is some of the best you'll get. It has a light yellow colour from running through the mountain and fynbos. Don't worry, it has been treated and is super safe to drink. Enjoy walks around the neighborhood, to the beach or up the mountain. We have our very own parkrun if you are interested in meeting some Betty's Bay residents in Harold Porter botanical gardens. No open fires are allowed on our premises. Bettys Bay has seen too many fires where houses have been burnt down.
