New and gorgeous apartment! A central location designed for many needs. The kitchen and entire apartment are equipped with high quality. It's really important to us that our guests have a great time in our apartment. It comfortably sleeps so families, couples, a group of friends, and business travelers. We can always adjust the beds to suit your needs. From the stunning glazed balcony, you'll see two Tampere landmarks, Näsineula and Alexander Church. All other services are within walking distance. The space New property completed 7/2023. The apartment is located on the 8th/9th floor. In the hallway, you'll find a cabinet for shoes and coats on the left, as well as an umbrella if you need it. From the hallway you can access a space from which you can access a well-equipped bathroom, as well as a spacious kitchen. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking and making breakfast. A bright and airy living room opens up as an extension of the kitchen. The sofa in the living room can be used as a bed for two, please note that the width is 140 cm. The living room has access to a large glazed balcony. The balcony is decorated as a comfortable living space. The apartment also has one separate, stylish bedroom. The bedroom has two movable 80×200cm bedsteads, plenty of closet space, and, on request, a travel bed for the youngest members of the family. Guest access The entire apartment is available to guests. Other things to note Parking is affordable in the immediate vicinity of the house. Evenings and nights (6pm-8am) and Sundays are free parking times. In front of the house parking zone 2. 08-18 and Sat 08-16 Price: €2.00/h. On the opposite side of the street, free hockey park 1h 08-18 and Sat 08-16. Also a lot of zone 3 parks nearby 08-18 and Sat 08-16 price: €1.20/h. There's also a rental bike parking in front of the house. Just next to the main library of Tampere, Metso. As well as many different restaurants, cinema, swimming pool, museums and Särkänniemi are within walking distance. The tram and bus also run close to the apartment. For infants ages 0-2, we charge an additional fee of 20e per stay. We have one travel crib.
