Ocean-view penthouse studio condo with an amazing direct view of the Atlantic Ocean from the 7th floor of the Castaways Beach Resort building. Enjoy the clean look of a brand new remodel with new kitchenette. Relax in the cozy queen bed or slouch down on the futon sofa. Close enough to enjoy the action zone, but just far enough away to be able to relax when you want to. 50's diner on site. The space Brand new pool and beach access steps are now open! During the day M-F there may be some construction noise, but not evenings or weekends. Sleep sound in the queen-sized bed. Larger fridge with separate freezer and a well stocked kitchenette for meals. Portable cooktop burner, toaster and microwave. Head downstairs to the pool (when it reopens) and beach, or visit the 50's diner. Have your coffee out on the balcony and watch the sunrise (if you're up that early). Renovated in 2022 KITCHENETTE: new cabinets for easy access to all your kitchen needs, stone counters, roomy sink and a portable plugin stovetop with a fridge with separate freezer and a microwave and toaster so you can really enjoy your stay. And yes, a drip coffee maker! All the pots, pans, utensils, and dishes to enjoy a meal in, even wine glasses! ENTERTAINMENT: new smart TV, free Wi-Fi, board games, and accessories for the beach. The building also has a community room with TV, fridge, and puzzles. Head downstairs to the pool and beach, or keep the retro feeling going with a visit the 50's diner. Have your coffee out on the balcony and watch the sunrise (if you're up that early). Hit on a rainy day? There's games in the dresser too! We don't live on-site but are very accessible by message or text. Easy to take an Uber or maybe rent a golf cart for the day! Guest access The condo is all self-checkin and includes 1 parking pass. You will have private use of the condo. There is a shared rec room, gym, lobby and pool area. Diner is open for breakfast and lunch. House Rules: - No smoking or vaping. Smoking in the unit will be subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation of your stay. - No pets. Pets will be considered a violation of the agreement, subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation. - Quiet hours from 10pm-8am - Upon booking, you will be sent a rental agreement that needs to be completed within 48 hours. - Damage deposit of $250 will be collected as a "hold" on your account and released after check out if no damage claim is needed - No booking for another person. The person booking must be the person staying. This is an AirBnB rule. Must be over the age of 21 - A $39 Accidental Damage Waiver is added to all reservations and is spelled out in the rental agreement.
