The house sits on a small hill overlooking beautiful lake Pend Oreille. The space is brand new construction consisting of a living room, small kitchen,bedroom and bathroom with shower. Within a short walk or drive are numerous restaurants and lake access. nearby are gas stations with grocery items.and two Marinas. Parking is limited to one vehicle and there are 15 stair steps to reach the house. Kitchen is equipped with two burner hot plate,Microwave,Toaster and electric kettle. There is no oven and coffee is supplied with French Press and drip maker. The space is a private Condo located in the bottom floor of a house with your own private access. There are several steps up to reach the Condo. I will be available to help with any questions or issues. If for some reason I am not nearby there is a co-host available to help The surrounding neighborhood is picturesque with beautiful lake views. Located on a one lane road with great peaceful walking right out the front door. Forest service trails are nearby. The lake is a short walk down the hill with docks, fishing and water sports. Pizza parlor short walk away and gas/grocery a short drive away. Ski area is 30 minute drive. Parking is limited to one car. You can reach grocery,gas and restaurants easily by foot or vehicle. Pizza parlor is right down the street Pet policy: small house trained dogs are allowed but absolutely no cats.
