LIVING AREA: * Modern, spacious living area with a giant comfy couch. 65 inches Smart TV * Dining table and kitchen countertop * Welcome area with comfortable couch. KITCHEN: * Fully stocked kitchen with all top-of-the-line appliances and features. Coffee machine, toaster, air fryer, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, hot kettle, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, microwave, stove and oven. SLEEPING AREAS: #1 - Master bedroom with a full private bathroom and a TV. #2 - One queen-size bed with TV #3 - Two bunk beds (sleeps 4) #4 - One sofa bed in living room (sleeps 2) Also provides a Graco Pack-n-Play (please bring your own sheet) and a highchair to accommodate kids. BATHROOMS (2) All bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and body wash), plush towels, tissue and a hairdryer. OUTDOOR SPACE * 8 chair dining table with pool view. * 2 loungers. * BBQ * Pool * The whole property is completely fenced-in for utmost privacy and security. * The trees in the backyard provide ample shade over the pool and lounging area in the afternoon. OTHER SUPPLIES: * 4 beach chairs can be used by guests during stay. Please clean and return to laundry room after use. ~~Other things to note~~ CLEANING: * All of our properties are professionally cleaned before each stay to ensure your safety. * Household cleaning supplies are provided * Washer and dryer is provided * Detergent is provided * An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing. POOL CLEANING: Pool cleaning company comes once a week usually on Friday POOL: Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owners will not be held liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. Pool cups and jug are separately provided. No glass is permitted in or near the pool. Pool heating is available. GARBAGE: The city removes garbage every Monday and Thursday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. If you are staying during those days, and you feel the need to empty the bins, please put out any used garbage bins in the front of the driveway. And if you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house after collection. NO PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise. This is our most important rule that can result in a termination of your reservation along with additional fees. PARKING: Our driveway provides ample parking for up to 4 cars. No street parking allowed. PERSONAL BELONGINGS: The host isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after checkout. ℹ️ SECURITY CAMERAS: We want you to feel completely comfortable and informed during your stay. For your safety and the security of our property, aside from the Ring doorbell by the front door, there is one exterior security camera that faces the backyard/pool area. This camera is only used for security recordings and to help protect the property, it is not actively monitored, and it’s never used to watch or invade guest privacy. The camera does not record audio and does not capture private areas where guests would expect full privacy, including inside the home or anywhere guests might be bathing or unclothed.
