The space The apartment, consisting of : ~ a bedroom with a French bed 150x200 cm, ~ bathroom with shower, ~ one room with closets and a single bed 90x200 cm, ~ living room with TV, comfy sofa and pellet stove, ~ equipped kitchen, ~ small private garden. ~ a place adjacent to the house where the washing machine is located. Cleaning is guaranteed and treated with a UV-C light, anti-mite, antibacterial, allergen and dust removal between each other. Guest access Access to the accommodation in complete autonomy, thanks to the self-check-in equipped with a safe deposit box containing keys, with the possibility of leaving the car in our private parking lot, free and reserved for you or in the municipal one, about 100 meters away. The apartment can be reached by car, where it is allowed to stop briefly for luggage loading/unloading. Other things to note It is advisable to do shopping in the Como area, before walking the Lake road. The wonders of the place are immediately at your fingertips, already along the path that leads to the Santuario della Madonna del Soldo; once you reach your destination, the view that opens to the observer is illuminated by all the magnificence that inspired writers of Manzoni's caliber, leaving it speechless. In order to do the shopping, there are small towns: in the village, at the restaurant Casa del Combente, as well as two small groceries in Molina and Lemna - the neighboring towns - that also offer home delivery. Leaving the municipality of Faggeto Lario you can find a grocery store in Torno and one in Pognana Lario, including the Pennino butcher shop. In this context, it is essential to fully enjoy the existence of the lake: In the Village of Riva di Faggeto Lario there is a beach where you can immerse yourself in the waters of the lake, a boat rental for water sports and a boat dock with departures and tours with direction Bellagio, Varenna, Villa del Balbianello and Villa Carlotta. The main services are located in Torno, a village nearby, which offers - in addition to bars and pastry shops - also pharmacy, gas station, hairdresser and banking services. This village is also a docking point for the boat, served every 30 minutes.
