The entire top floor is yours so very private. The bathroom is quite lively and is located right outside of the room in the hallway. The room has a very comfy mattress, desk, and two fans for your convenience. Parking is free. House is kept very clean. Keypad locks for safety. We provide WiFi (very fast) fresh towels, coffee, and Roku TV. Only 10 minutes from downtown Frederick and Westview shopping center is a mile away and has everything you need including shopping, grocery and restaurants! The space The bedroom has a comfy queen bed, desk, and a cute bench, great for placing things on like a suitcase. My dog Brisket is very sweet and will love to be your new best friend. We have a well equipped kitchen and place for you to store things in fridge or pantry. The house has a central heating and cooling system to keep the house comfortable. Guest access Guests have access to the kitchen, living room and back deck. Laundry is available upon request. Anytime I'm home is fair game as long as laundry is finished by 8pm. During your stay Once you book, you are welcome to call, text, or communicate with me through the app. We are friendly and work locally. We treat the communal spaces (living room, kitchen, etc.) as spaces for engagement, but will not bother you in your room. Up for a conversation? Feel free to pop into the living room. Taking some time to unwind while you’re here? No worries we’ll equip your room with everything you need ahead of time so you can recharge. Other things to note Brisket is my cute dog that loves every person and animal he comes near. A quick scan of comments will show he is everyone's favorite part of my airbnb! There are also multiple comments of people who don't typically like dogs but liked Brisket. He is very smart so a simple "no" does the trick. I'm committed to making sure everyone feels safe but this is 100% Brisket's home.
