A comfortable, pleasant 3-story house with lots of wood in a great location. It has a garden and garage. And it also has a very large quincho separated from the house that has a grill, large dining room, living room, ping pong table, bathroom. Ideal for family with boys or groups of friends who want to have the house for rest and the quincho for leisure and fun. The space FACILITIES: To make your stay very comfortable, we offer you the following spaces: HOUSE: 3 floors, 4 bedrooms, 8 seats, 2 bathrooms, living-dining room - kitchen and ski room and/or luggage storage. LOFT-PLAY ROOM of 200 m2 separate from the HOUSE, which has a grill, tables and dishes for 20 diners, kitchenette, refrigerator, cable TV, wifi, ping pong table, living room and board games. GARAGE next to the house GARDEN   CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT CHECK-IN at the HOUSE is after 4:00 pm. Guests arriving before that time may occupy and/or leave their belongings in the LOFT-PLAY ROOM until the HOUSE is handed over The HOUSE CHECK-OUT time is 12:00 pm. Please give 15 minutes' notice to take inventory. The LOFT-PLAY ROOM must be vacated the NIGHT BEFORE departure to allow incoming guests to use and/or leave their belongings. Guest access La Morada has free Wi-Fi throughout the entire property. It has Direct TV in the House and in the Loft-Play room. Guests are welcome to use all spaces of the house, garage, garden, and Loft-Play room. Other things to note PETS Our home is pet friendly and we really enjoy when our dog Otto comes visiting Ushuaia. La Morada GARAGE has a garage for the convenience of guests with a car.
