- The building is located 350 meters from the BEACH. - Located in the Navegantes neighborhood (near Santinha). - Building with a Fitness Center, Rooftop, Pet Space. - The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. - It has a garage for 1 car (SUITABLE FOR VANS). - Located two blocks from Praça Luterana, with a playground for children and courts for beach tennis, soccer and sand volleyball. - There are supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and bars nearby. The space - The apartment has 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and air-conditioning. - The kitchen is well equipped, has basic utensils for the stay, blender, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave. We provide salt, olive oil, coffee and a coffee filter. - The living room has a television with a device that picks up all channels, 1 sofa bed and a dining table. - It has a washer and dryer. - Private barbecue grill. - 1 closed parking space (accommodates a pickup truck) - We provide bed linen, bath towels and pillows. - The internet is private. - The apartment is located on the tenth floor, overlooking the Serra. - The building has an elevator. - Check-in after 3 p.m. - Check-out by 11 a.m. Guest access Guests will have access to all the rooms in the apartment. In the building, guests will have access to the gym and rooftop. Other things to note - Our check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and our check-out is until 11:00 a.m. We cordially offer flexibility in these times if there is no check-in or check-out of other guests. - We do not accept pets. - Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. - It is forbidden to bring extra guests or visitors without the host's permission. - Quiet hours must be respected. - The building's rules must be respected. - It is mandatory to use the bathing access when wearing beach accessories and/or bathing suits. - Dishes must be washed. (Otherwise, a fee of R$ 50.00 will be charged at check-out). If any rule is broken, a fine of R$ 800.00 will be charged at checkout.
