This container house has everything you need like any home, but with an authentic touch The space Our house combines warmth, design and functionality, offering the perfect balance between comfort and connection with nature. It has two bedrooms with double beds: one in a room with a king size bed and the other with a double bed. These rooms feature air conditioning and heating as well as warm and cozy décor. The fully equipped kitchen is ready to meet your needs, whether for a short getaway or an extended stay. Gas stove, air fryer, coffee maker, mixer, toaster and washing machine. The magical touch is given by the glazed pergola, a charming corner that allows you to enjoy the garden from the comfort of the interior. Whether you're relaxing with a cup of coffee, reading a book, or just taking in the view, this space will be your favorite. A perfect place to disconnect and live unique experiences! Guest access Check-in after 2:00 PM. Check-out until 10:00. • The schedule must be respected in order to properly prepare the property for the next guests. • Only those who have booked are permitted to come to the private neighborhood (maximum 4 guests). Additional visitors are not allowed at any time during the stay. The property is rented in full and exclusively for guests during the stay. It includes all the interior spaces and the land of the house. The Jacuzzi is located on the grounds and is part of the property (it only works in the summer months, without exception). The semi-Olympic pool does not belong to the house: it is part of the neighborhood sports club. Its use depends on the season's authorization, rules, days and schedules defined by the club's administration. Other things to note The Jacuzzi is only available in the summer months: December, January and February, it has cold water, NOT hot. The club house pool is available in summer starting December 15th. Consulting days and times when the pool is open as during the week management can perform maintenance tasks. Maximum capacity of the accommodation: 4 people in total (adults and children). Additional guests are NOT allowed at any time during the stay.
