Large holiday home/villa with room for 2-4 families, peacefully located with sea views in the best south facing position on the Trouville beaches. The house has: -5 bedrooms of which one in private guest house -13 beds + 2 cots + 2 extra beds. -Vard living room with TV -Fully equipped kitchen with dish washer and dining area for 8-10 people -2 bathrooms with shower and 1 toilet. Washer/dryer. -2st boat spaces for boat up to 8m -Grill (gas & charcoal) -Jacuzzi -Bastu -Braskamin -Generous deck with sea view and several dining areas The space The house has beds for up to 15 people (extra beds included). Three bedrooms with double beds, one with single bed and one with bunk bed for children(adjacent to one of the bedrooms). Other beds in sleeping loft. Guest access The complete property is available with the following exceptions. -a small locked store advice. -garde will not be emptied. -the plot is shared with another house but the location will still be private. That part of the plot and that house cannot be used by the tenant.
