The Old Mill Cottage

The old mill is a grade 2 listed property with a spectacular view of the river Wensum in Fakenham. This wonderful topsy-turvey character property has the kitchen and open plan lounge / dining area to the first floor and the bedrooms and bathroom to the ground floor. This property will comfortably sleep 4 people and also has 1 allocated parking space, however if more parking is required there are ample spaces 2 minutes walk away. Other things to note Pets are only permitted with prior approval. Please confirm at the time of booking. Pets must not be left unattended in the property at any time. Any disturbance caused (including noise) may result in the booking being terminated without refund, thank you for understanding . Only the number of guests included in the booking are permitted to stay at the property. Additional guests must be agreed in advance. This property is located close to neighbouring homes. We kindly ask guests to be respectful of noise levels, particularly in the evenings. Any complaints from neighbours may result in immediate contact and potential cancellation of the stay.
