If not properly cleaned, we will charge a cleaning fee based on the level of mess (estimated between RM100-300), and we will send photos for confirmation. Please understand and accept this rule before making a reservation to avoid unnecessary issues. Suggestion: You may bring a lint roller to handle pet hair, as this makes it easier to clean up. Customers who brought their own lint rollers for cleaning pet hair received full refunds of their security deposit. We will contact guests to collect a RM200 security deposit once the reservation is confirmed.
