Riad Irma is a 12-minute walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa and a 5-minute walk from the Bahia Palace. It is located in the heart of the medina, close to everything, so it is easy to plan your visit. Our property manager Abderrahim lives nearby and is at your disposal during your stay. We offer airport transfers upon request. The space This riad in the heart of the Marrakech medina is the result of my passion for this city and the country. Since I first visited Marrakech in 2017, I fell in love with this city. The people, the architecture, the materials and colors have inspired me to create my own Riad. So it came about that after many more visits to the country, I bought this riad in April 2023 and renovated it with a lot of passion and support. I hope that with this stunning house I can offer many people a cozy accommodation and convey the Moroccan feeling. Riad Irma has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, washing machine and Wi-Fi. We will provide bed linen, towels, shower and bathroom utensils (hand soap, toilet paper), coffee/tea and cooking utensils (oil, salt, pepper, sugar). Riad Irma can accommodate up to 6 guests. The house is also suitable for couples, families and smaller groups. You have the place for your own. It's a spacious house. The Riad consists of four floors; the ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor and the roof terrace. Ground floor The entrance of the riad leads you to the equipped kitchen, dining room and cozy living room. On this floor you will also find a small wardrobe and a bathroom (toilet, sink and shower). 2nd floor The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom (toilet, sink and shower). All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning (heating and cooling). Room 1: Features an open closet with clothes rail and storage space. The room has a queen-size double bed with two nightstands and a seat. Room 2: Features a dresser and a clothes rack. In the room, there are two single beds that can be converted into a double bed, a nightstand and a seat. Room 3: Has an open closet with clothes rod and storage space. In the room, there is a queen-size double bed with two nightstands and a seat. Floor 2: On the 2nd floor is the laundry room and in the hallway two comfortable chairs with a small table to relax. The rooftop terrace The terrace has a spacious dining area and places to relax and sunbathe. To cool off, there is a cold water shower. In addition, you have a breathtaking view of the Atlas Mountains and a wonderful view of the famous minaret of the Koutoubia Mosque. Other things to note Check-in is between 14:00 and 22:00. Check out before 10:00. If you want to arrive later than 10 p.m., it is possible to leave the key in a key box and move into the riad independently.
