Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The house is simple, a family atmosphere, lots of peace and contact with nature while being close to everything! Just 1.5 km from downtown Itaipava and the main markets, pharmacies, bakery, UPA, restaurants. Flat house, car goes to the door! Except the pool. The space The house is surrounded by a very cozy and quiet grassy outdoor area. It has 3 bedrooms in total, all with a double bed, with 1 suite that is connected to bedroom 2 with a door between the rooms (you enter through bedroom 2 to access bedroom 3=suite, see photos), great for couples with children. Bedroom 1 is next to the social bathroom, and there is even the option to use it with the privacy of a suite, just by closing a door in the access hall. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have a double bed and a single bed, and in bedroom 1 the single bed is a trundle bed (built-in auxiliary). The kitchen has a microwave, duplex refrigerator, 5-burner stove, clay water filter, sandwich maker, blender and all basic utensils. The living room is great and cozy, near the kitchen, has 3 and 2-seat sofas, 50" Smart TV, open and pay-per-view channels available. Fiber Optic Wifi Internet with great signal in all rooms, except in the pool area at the bottom of the lot. Both bathrooms have a 220V electric shower that provides a warm and pleasant shower. Note: It is not permitted to turn on the two showers simultaneously. We provide emergency flashlights. The land is surrounded by a fence; there are no walls. The pool is inside the house itself, not shared, not a condominium, available 24 hours, located at the bottom of the property with access via stone stairs. It is not suitable for wheelchairs and people with mobility issues. Around the pool, there is NO gourmet structure, it is all simple, with a small roof, a barbecue area and a toilet. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire described area of the house Other things to note For those wishing to go to the center of Petropolis, the house is close to a strategic exit for Br 040, avoiding all the traffic of the center of Itaipava and several neighborhoods. Via the highway, with normal traffic, it is about 40 minutes and 34 km to the center of Petropolis. No parties or events allowed. Please do not bring large stereos and obey the law of silence: 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. If you want to use the fireplace, please bring firewood (easily found in markets less than 2 km away; I recommend Armazém do Grão). We can recommend a daily housekeeper for cooking ***Important for Pets: As the house has no masonry walls, pets, especially small ones, if curious, can find gaps to escape from the space. The house has exterior security cameras and an internal alarm system with presence sensors in the living room, kitchen and bedrooms. Alarm activated only when the house is empty.
