It about 10min walk from Victoria Station (Gatwick Express, National Rail, Coach Station, Underground) and Pimlico Inderground. You can walk to most places in central London in under an hour - Buckingham Palace is less than 20 minutes walk away. The space The flat is modern and finished to a high spec, located in a stunning white stucco building on a square. It’s also walking distance to all the major tourist sites of London - within 1 mile of Big Ben, the London Eye, Buckingham palace and many more! There is a fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities, including a dishwasher, stove, oven and steamer. A washer and dryer combo adds to the convenience of your stay. In the living room you will find a comfy sofa which can be transformed into an additional bed. Entertainment is at your fingertips with a smart TV - Netflix account at your disposal. Whether you are travelling for business or tourism this apartment would be perfect, centrally located, very close to the local high street with all the grocery shops/bakeries and restaurants yet very quiet inside. The property can technically accommodate 6 people, as there is a double bed, two single beds* and a sofa bed, however it will be quite tight for 6 adults to stay there, therefore the listing says 4. If you are travelling with babies, please do get in touch and we could arrange for things you may need at the apartment to make your stay more enjoyable. Please note, under no circumstance will any parties be allowed - we love and respect our neighbours and our property, so can not allow any parties (or additional people not disclosed at the time of booking) present at the apartment. Furthermore, there are stairs to access the flat so please be aware of this (one flight of stairs). If you'll need any assistance, do make us aware of this in advance. * in the picture it would appear that there is only one single bed but there are indeed two as they are stackable. Guest access The entire apartment - 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, livings room and kitchen. There is also a private patio at the back which only you have access to. Other things to note Please note that you will have the physical key to our apartment- these locks are very expensive to replace, therefore please be aware that there will be a charge of £300 if the key is lost during your stay.
