It is about a 15-20 minute walk to the old town. 5 minutes on foot from Kawagoe station, and you can come to Kawagoe station by express bus from Narita Airport and Haneda Airport. There are 6 train lines and you can get to Tokyo in 30 minutes and Yokohama without transferring. There are many restaurants and shops within a 5-minute walk, which is very convenient.
