The living area flows seamlessly into the dining space and a modern kitchen, equipped with both drip and Keurig coffee makers. **Private Backyard Oasis:** * Pool and hot tub * Stylish cabana with lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table * Outdoor BBQ grill for cookouts * Cozy fire pit for evening gatherings * Surrounded by lush Ficus trees for complete privacy **Bedrooms & Workspaces (Sleeps 6):** * **Primary Bedroom:** Queen bed, direct pool access via sliders, and a walk-in closet converted into a professional workspace. * **Bedroom 2:** Two Twin beds and a small desk. * **Bedroom 3:** One Queen bed. **Bathrooms:** * **Primary Ensuite:** Oversized glass shower and twin vanities. * **Jack and Jill Bath:** Shared between guest rooms with a shower/tub combo. * **Powder Room:** Conveniently located for guests. **Ultimate Game Room:** The garage has been transformed into an entertainment hub featuring: * Poker table * Dart board * A variety of board games * Nintendo 64 An indoor laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available for your convenience. Guest access Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 3-bedroom home, the game room, the private backyard, pool, and hot tub. You will enter through a private courtyard. This is a self-check-in property, and access details will be provided on the morning of your arrival for a seamless start to your vacation. Other things to note Check-In: Self-check-in instructions will be sent to you on the morning of your arrival. Pool & Spa Heating: Pool heating to 84°F is available for an additional $150/day (2-day minimum). Jacuzzi-only heating is available for $75/day. Please provide advance notice if you would like to add this service. The pool and jacuzzi run on the same heater, so the pool heating will pause while the jacuzzi is on. If the jacuzzi is being heated for several consecutive hours, the pool will begin to cool down slowly. Desert Environment: Desert Hot Springs can experience windy conditions. While the patio and pool are cleaned regularly, you may occasionally need to wipe down furniture or use the provided skimmer net to clear minor debris from the pool.
