Ideally located in the heart of the Livradois Forez Natural Park, this small very bright house, not overlooked, is less than 5 minutes' drive from the local shops of the city of Ambert. Ideal for a solo stay or for two, the house also has an outdoor area with terrace and garden. You can take advantage of your stay to discover our beautiful region, its many hikes and its local products. The space This accommodation is classified as "Furnished tourist accommodation" (3 stars) by Gîtes de France. The house consists of the following upstairs: - a large bright living room, with TV, Internet, a sofa bed, lots of storage - a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, dresser and wardrobe. -A refurbished bathroom in 2023 with a large shower, WC and sink - a fitted and well-equipped kitchen On the ground floor there is a garage and a laundry area with water point and washing machine. You can also enjoy an enclosed terrace area and a fenced garden. We leave at your disposal a barbecue, two sun loungers, a garden furniture and a small table so you can eat outside. Parking in front of the house is free. The house is adjoining another house that is not inhabited, it is a secondary house and the owner only comes one week a year usually in August Don't hesitate to contact us for more information Other things to note Cleaning must be done at the end of your stay before your departure .
