Ideally located in the heart of the Livradois Forez Natural Park, this small, very bright, unoverlooked house is less than a 5-minute drive from the local shops of the town of Ambert. Ideal for a solo or couple stay, the house also has an outdoor area with terrace and garden. You can enjoy your stay to discover our beautiful region, its many hikes and local products. The space This accommodation is classified as "Furnished tourist accommodation" (3 stars) by Gîtes de France. The house consists of upstairs: - a large bright living room, with TV, Internet, sofa bed, plenty of storage - a bedroom with a 140 bed, dresser and wardrobe. - a bathroom refurbished in 2023 with a large shower, toilet and sink - a fitted and well-equipped kitchen On the ground floor is a garage and laundry area with water point and washing machine. Guests can also enjoy a closed terrace area and a fenced garden. We leave at your disposal a barbecue, two deck chairs, garden furniture and a small table so you can eat outside. Parking in front of the house is free. The house is adjoining another house that is not inhabited, it is a second home and the owner only comes one week a year usually in August Please don't hesitate to contact us for more information Other things to note Cleaning is to be done at the end of your stay before you leave. If you don't want to do it, expect an extra 40 euros. Linens can be provided. Allow an extra 10 euros per set of sheets (two pillowcases, a fitted sheet, a sheet and a duvet cover).
