Come experience the luxury of an extraordinary cabin amidst the sublime energy of the mountains, unforgettable sunsets and sunrises, the peace and coziness of our cabin with fireplace and all the amenities you want. Located in the coldest and highest region of Cerro de La Muerte, you feel like you are up in the clouds with an every changing landscape. This is a magical place for dreamers, creatives and manifestors, the frequency is high. The space Peace Cabin is like no other cabin in Costa Rica. Large and spacious, 150 square meters, built out of cypress wood, the minute you walk in you feel the amazing scent of this wonderful wood. It has high ceilings and large, sliding glass doors to let in the amazing views of the skies, ocean, mountains and San Isidro from all space in the house. It is spacious and cozy at once with an amazing chimney, open kitchen with large oven, a sink looking towards the clouds, you get to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets while cooking or relaxing by the fireplace. Only a 30 minute drive to San Isidro del General city going south, and 30 min drive to San Gerardo de Dota going north, and 1.5hrs-2hrs from San Jose. The sunsets are sublime! The chilly evenings invite you to light the wonderful fireplace. Throughout the day the landscape shifts many times, it is like having a movie rolling as the day goes bye. The peaceful and calmness you get to experience is like no other. Guest access You have full access to the cabin. Bedrooms are available depending on the number of guests coming. A couple gets 1 bedroom, 3-4 people 2 bedrooms, over 5 people all 3 bedrooms. Laundry room is only available for guests staying a week or longer. There is a great restaurant at the entrance to the road leading to the cabin, it is open 7 days a a week, 7am to 6pm. There is a convenience shop in front of the cabin on the side, run by a lovely local couple. Other things to note We provide dry wood, matches, and lighters. Because of the altitude it gets cold- make sure to bring warm clothing. Temperatures can go from 2-15 degrees Celsius, depending on the time you come. Fog comes in and out at all times. Early check in is available for a $25 fee, let us know if you would like to check in early, we will try to accommodate you though we are not always able to do so.
