Spacious flat a few kilometers from Bologna, perfect for a family or a group of friends. The space The flat is located on the ground floor of a small residential building. The entrance opens onto a corridor leading to the rest of the rooms. The living area consists of a sitting room with a large dining table, a comfortable sofa and a Tv, and a separate kitchen equipped with amenities including a dishwasher, an oven and an espresso coffee machine. The sleeping area, on the other hand, consists of two bedrooms with queen-size beds; one also boasts access to a balcony. Two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub complete the layout.
