A 3-bedroom townhouse with 2 floors that can accommodate the whole family or friends. Recommended 8pax but, we can accommodate up to 10pax in which extra mattress will be provided. We are located in a commute-friendly location, thus public transportation is easy. There are restaurants, supermarkets, malls, and bank nearby. The space ✓The house is located in a peaceful and gated community. ✓It is a townhouse with no gate. ✓Garage provisioned for one car ✓Please be advised that there are security cameras in the garage, living area covering the front door, hallway going to rooms, and laundry area. If you are not comfortable with it, message the host prior to booking. ✓All rooms have a stand fan. ✓Foams, Bedsheets and Pillows are provided. ✓Toiletries and towels are available. IMPORTANT NOTE: Requests to shorten the stay are allowed; however, a ₱500 reservation fee per shortened day will be charged to cover potential loss in case the dates cannot be rebooked.
