On the edge of the small, peaceful village of Kaltenhof. The dirt road, which is close to the house, takes you directly to the beach at the “Schwarzer Busch” in just about 10 minutes on foot. Other things to note This beautiful detached house awaits you for peaceful days! The cozy living room with flat screen TV, DVD player and open, well-equipped fitted kitchen: fridge-freezer combination, stove/oven, Tassimo coffee machine and dishwasher leaves nothing to be desired. The fireplace makes every day a cozy cuddle day. From the living room you can access the large terrace with patio furniture and a barbecue as well as a beautiful property surrounded by hedges. This is particularly ideal for parents with small children and/or dogs. A bedroom with 2 single beds is available for you in the basement. A bright bathroom equipped with a sauna, shower and toilet completes the ground floor. A cozy bedroom (with TV) with a double bed (180x200) and a small bedroom with 2 single beds can be found on the upper floor. The second bathroom with shower/toilet and washing machine is also located on the upper floor. A travel cot and a high chair are available for our little guests. A narrow access road takes you to the holiday home and the associated parking spaces (2 spaces). A carport for storing bicycles is located behind the house. No smoking! 2 pets allowed! Let yourself be pampered every day. We offer a bread roll delivery service all year round, which you can book with us at least 4 days before arrival.
