On the ground floor, the entrance with storage will lead you to a spacious living room with fireplace and connected TV. The dining area will allow you to gather 12 people, a bar is also present. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional. The gym invites you to exercise with its many machines but also to relax with its jacuzzi, hammam and shower. An office is also available for your teleworking needs as well as a laundry room and toilet. A master bedroom with a 160 cm bed, shower room and air conditioning complete the ground floor. Upstairs you will find 3 other air-conditioned master suites with 160 cm bed, shower room and toilet. One of the master suites also has two single beds. Finally, you will discover the sixth air-conditioned bedroom with a 140 cm bed. Outside you will find 1 hectare of wooded land with heated pool of 10 x 5 m, terrace with bar and summer kitchen, petanque court, lounge area, trampoline, ping pong table, hammock, solar shower... The outdoor pool will be in winter storage from October to mid-April depending on the weather. The indoor HOT TUB remains open year-round. A second house is present on the property that will be unoccupied during rentals but not accessible. Other things to note The house is designed to accommodate 12 guests. Check-out is at 2 p.m. so you can enjoy it to the fullest. A camera is present at the entrance of the property. We accept certain types of events but not parties, the number of people must match the booking. Any additional person will be charged €150 per night. Any unauthorized overcapacity may result in the intervention of a security service, at the expense of the guest.
