"Villa de descanso" Inn for 6 people

"Posada" is one of the 5 villas we have on a 5,000 M2 estate. It has a mini-fridge, kitchenette and a small dining room, 3 double beds, nightstand with chairs inside the room, hot water, towels and toiletries, kitchen utensils, hammock, internet, pay TV and a private area where the hammock is located. It is surrounded by green area. The pool, parking and green area are shared, always respecting the privacy of your villa. The space Our space is a green area of 5,000 square meters, where more than 60 fruit trees live, so it is suitable for those who want to get out of the routine and spend good times of healthy coexistence in contact with nature enjoying the external area of the villa, swimming or having an outdoor barbecue, almost in the countryside, because we border the west with the farmland of the ejido and the east with the streets of downtown Temixco and food supplies. Our goal: to make the most of your stay. NOTE. Inside the property we try to have physical security by taking precautions for this purpose. Guest access The areas that are shared with the guests of the other 4 villas are: the pool (which is a good size), the garden and the parking lot, always respecting the privacy and intimacy of each of the villas. Because the Posada villa is located in a set of villas, we ask for a favor and greatly appreciate that our guests in general have actions and attitudes that allow the rest and healthy coexistence of the other guests, moderating, where appropriate, the behavior and sounds. Other things to note Drinking alcoholic beverages in common areas after 8 p.m. Not allowing the pool to be treated and sanitized after 8:00 PM. Do not behave in a way that prevents other guests from resting and enjoying a healthy coexistence, moderating, where appropriate, your behavior and sounds.
