A garden in the back and playground in the street behind. 5 min walk to Woolworths supermarket and the bus stop. 3 min drive to the train station, local beach and park. Open living area with high ceilings We accept last minute and same day bookings, with a self serve checkin so you can arrive anytime you wish. All guests are required to show photo identification upon checkin for safety purposes. ID should match the name of the booking. Guest access All common areas can be used except: - garage and driveway - stove, oven and BBQ - deep freezer in laundry - host storage rooms - other guest bathrooms Only guests who have booked may enter the property. No visitors allowed without prior permission. Penalty of $60 per uninvited guest. During your stay Any method you are comfortable with is available - phone and chat, and in person if additional assistance is required. In person ID checks are done upon arrival.
